- My favorite thing about the Career Center is the support and teamwork between everyone in the office; whether it’s student workers, interns, or career consultants, it’s always a positive, hardworking atmosphere.
- One competency I’ve developed the most in this role is communication. While I’ve always been social and enjoyed engaging with others, this position has continuously challenged me to refine my skills and adapt to diverse communication styles. The skills I’ve gained in evaluating others, utilizing various approaches, and confidence in new interactions with new people are invaluable for any opportunity I could want in the future.
