Welcome!  This community is space for Students of Color to access Career Center services and University support.  The term “students of color” refers to individuals who belong to racial or ethnic groups that are non-white or have historically been marginalized or underrepresented in educational settings. It encompasses a diverse range of racial and ethnic identities, including but not limited to Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Asian, Indigenous, and Middle Eastern students. The term is often used in discussions surrounding educational equity, diversity, and inclusion, highlighting the experiences and needs of these student populations in educational institutions.

In this affinity group, you will find job search resources, ways to connect with on-campus groups, and strategies for identifying employers who respect and affirm people of all identities and orientation.  These resources compliment the information provided in the Career Communities, where you will find resources for specific industries and areas of study.
