A busy process serving company located in Altamonte Springs, Florida is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Secretary / Data Entry Clerk / Intake Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to client emails
- Printing and organizing legal documents
- Entering legal documents into our database accurately
- Scanning and emailing documents to process servers throughout the state
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Processing invoices and assisting with general office duties
Qualifications:
- Accurate and proficient typing skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe PDF
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional communication skills
This is an entry-level full-time position with opportunities to grow within the company. Pay is commensurate with experience.
