“`Overview:“`
Our team offers you the unique opportunity to access the wonderful world of behavior therapy, hand in hand with a mentor, a supervisor who will take you step by step to meet each requirement demanded by the BACB, first to become an RBT, and then continue climbing to other levels, depending on your dreams and desire to prepare and study more. As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being.

“`Duties:“`
– Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
– Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
– Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
– Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
– Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
– Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
– Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
– Support clients in daily activities, including personal care and hygiene, as needed

– Bilingual Spanish-English Required

– Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
– Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
– Proficient in data collection methods and analysis
– Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
– Ability to follow instructions from BCBA and effectively implement treatment plans
– Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
