Qualifications:
• Applicant must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and able to work in a Microsoft 365 environment
• Applicant must demonstrate aptitude with computer applications to include database entry
• Applicant must be comfortable providing in-person and online training and telephone guidance to clients learning to navigate software applications
Essential Requirements:
• Applicant must possess the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid, state-issued Driver’s License with at least 3 years’ safe driving experience
• All employees must adhere to Food Bank of the Albemarle’s Drug and Alcohol Policy
• Applicant must authorize a North Carolina Criminal Record Check and Motor Vehicle Report
General Description:
The Service Insights Specialist will be the primary training and onboarding contact for the network-wide rollout, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of client intake and data collection software. The specialist is responsible for execution of the strategy, development of Service Insight training curricula and materials, delivering trainings, and providing technical support to the Food banks hunger-relief partner network. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Principal Activities:
• Arrange and conduct Service Insight trainings, including the benefits that come from using a shared Service Insight with partner agencies.
• Schedule, track, and implement in-person and online training and demonstrations for end users
• Develop and update service insights training curricula and materials in a variety of formats including online/webinars, videos, and in person training scripts and curriculum
• Create systems to document and track the training progress of partner agencies
• Serve as the primary contact person for agency support regarding Service Insight, providing problem-solving, customer service, coaching, and reporting support to agency partners
• Maintain data integrity and develop systems to check data accuracy
• Provide technical support to users in a friendly, timely manner in person and online
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies including duplicates and typos
• Assist Partner Agencies in understanding and utilizing reporting dashboards within the intake platform
• Create and update agency user accounts within the system
