The Group Reservation Specialist is responsible for assisting with sales activities of assigned Spruce Lake Ministries, Spruce Lake, Pinebrook or Youth Campus groups including thorough, consistent follow-up of all group inquiries.
Prerequisites:
- Possess spiritual maturity, taking initiative to personally grow, and encourage others to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must fully embrace and align with SLM’s vision, core purpose, statement of faith and core values.
- Conduct him/herself behaviorally in a manner that is above reproach.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience with hospitality group reservation and sales.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, databases, telephone, and email protocols.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents and reports.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combined experience.
- Schedule flexibility to coordinate with and greet group leaders upon arrival.
