Scientist for early target discovery, in vitro biological method development and screening evaluation in the research and development of small molecular drugs. Scientist will be integrated into the existing technology research and development platform, to cooperate with neighbouring departments of Pharmaron, such as pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacokinetics, in vivo pharmacology, to serve customers for novel drug discovery. Will participate in the communication and cooperation of Pharmaron global research and development team. You may also have the opportunity to participate in and be responsible for the exchange and development of drug research projects of multinational pharmaceutical companies.

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the evaluation of drug activity at the cellular level, in vitro cell culture, cell model building and related molecular experiments;

2. Responsible for the optimization and development of enzymatic methods and the evaluation of drug activity, involving a variety of enzymes and multi-mode technical methods;

3. Collect, summarize and sort out experimental data and write relevant reports; Needs to be able to read English experimental protocols and report experimental progress and anomalies to the client.

Job requirements

1. PhD degree

2. Clear thinking, good at communication and teamwork;

3. Proficient in molecular biology, cell biology (cell engineering, flow cytometry, drug screening), enzymology (content development), immunology (T cell, B cell, NK cell related experience), biological products and nanomedicine development experience, proteomics routine experimental technology, in vitro pharmacology, target-dependent drug screening experience is preferred;

4. Should be able to undertake a scientific project independently, make the project plan, and lead the team to solve the problems in the project;

5. Should be proficient in English and Chinese, and able to read English literature and write English experimental protocols.
