What You’ll Do as an RN Charge Nurse (3p-11p):
- Oversee and coordinate nursing care for residents during the shift
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care and ensure resident safety
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Active and unencumbered RN License
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference
