As we continue to grow our product and engineering teams, we’re looking for an entry-level Project Manager who can bring structure to projects, keep teams aligned, and help move initiatives from planning to delivery.
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Design, QA, and business teams to support the planning and execution of projects across the NeuroHire platform.
This role is ideal for a recent Master’s graduate or early-career professional who is organized, proactive, comfortable working with technical teams, and eager to build a career in technology project management.
What You’ll Do
- Support projects from initial planning through execution and delivery
- Help create project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate activities across Product, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, QA, and DevOps teams
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Assist Product Managers in translating requirements into actionable project plans
- Organize project meetings, stand-ups, planning sessions, and status reviews
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation plans
- Track project scope, priorities, and deadlines
- Support Agile/Scrum processes and project coordination
- Assist with product releases and cross-functional launch activities
- Prepare project reports and delivery updates for internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in project management, project coordination, product operations, or a related role
- Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience in project management is welcome
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned projects
Nice to Have
- Project management certification such as CAPM, CSM, or PMP
- Experience working on software development or technology projects
- Familiarity with SaaS, AI, Machine Learning, or data-driven products
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with project reporting, dashboards, or delivery metrics
- Internship experience in a technology or startup environment
