Our model is intentionally different from the typical rehab experience. We are a 100% cash pay clinic, allowing us to work directly for our patients, not their insurance company. We serve many clients who have exhausted their insurance benefits, are unsatisfied with their results from traditional rehab or who simply seek us out due to our reputation for proving exceptional care.
Empower provides orthopedic and neurological care under one roof — because real life doesn’t separate a bad knee from Parkinson’s or back pain from a stroke. Here, neurologic and orthopedic specialists work side-by-side, sharing notes in real time, co-treating when it makes sense, and designing one unified plan that treats the entre person — not just one diagnosis.
Empower’s physical therapists provide hour long, one-on-one treatments with no double booking chaos or insurance drama. We schedule at a frequency that is best for our patients, whether that’s once per month or 5 days per week. Our patient caseload is approximately 50-60% clients with Parkinson’s Disease, 40-50% mix of stroke, brain injury, MS, imbalance and other neurologic or orthopedic conditions. The majority of our referrals are word of mouth from highly satisfied clients.

Qualifications:
- DPT + licensed in Ohio
- A black belt in motivation, positive energy and willingness to think outside the box to get results
- A Health and Wellness Visionary who crafts futures, not checklists.
- PWR! Certification or commitment to obtain within 3 months
- •NCS or vestibular certification preferred, not required
🧠Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat clients with neurologic and/or orthopedic conditions
• Collaborate with colleagues to design unified, whole‑person treatment plans
• Participate in wellness programming, small‑group classes, and community outreach as needed
• Maintain clear, concise documentation aligned with cash‑pay best practices
• Provide education, encouragement, and long‑term planning for clients and care partners
• Contribute to a positive, fun, and supportive clinic culture
