Get Involved on Campus

One of the easiest ways to start building skills is to get involved in a campus organization.  At Pitt there are hundreds of student organizations who need classmates to help coordinate meetings and schedules, manage social media and messages to members, coordinate events, host speakers, and even fundraise for special causes.  Getting involved helps you to build your personal network, learn diverse perspectives, and gain problem solving, teamwork, and leadership skills that employers expect from top candidates.  Check out ways to get involved here.
