Career Fairs

The following annual fairs make recruitment a breeze with high student traffic and terrific visibility.   

Info Sessions

Are you looking to gain more exposure to Pitt students? Hosting an employer information session allows students to learn more about your company and the application and hiring process. All information sessions take place in the William Pitt Union.

  • Requests should be made at least two weeks, if not more, in advance. This allows an appropriate amount of time to secure space and market to students.
  • Consider reaching out and partnering with student organizations to help with student participation. Current list of active student organizations on campus.
  • Consider requesting to set up a table in one of our busy campus buildings prior to your session to promote your event on campus.

Tabling

All tabling requests will be placed at designated spots inside or, weather permitting, outside of the William Pitt Union.

  • Tabling requests should be made at least two weeks in advance.

Fall 2024 Career & Internship Fairs 

These in-person events take place daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the William Pitt Union.

  • Engineering, Tuesday, September 17
  • Arts & Sciences, Government, Non-profit, Wednesday, September 18 
  • Computing & information, Thursday, September 19
